Who it's for: This workshop is designed for all professionals involved in finding solutions to non-standard challenges or problems without ready solutions.

What you'll learn: Collaboration, decision-making, and productivity all hinge on the quality of the solutions individuals and teams develop for their real-world problems. This course presents participants with a structured series of actions for problem solving. While we include some analytic problem-solving recommendations, we choose to lean more heavily into creative thinking for problem solving because it is less well understood, and its full potential less fully realized.
